Ennis Mart had a good entry of bullocks at their annual show and sale of bullocks last Friday, which saw some excellent cattle on offer. There was quite a number of short keep cattle available, but not a huge amount of beef available. Stores for grass were scarce. Bullocks hit €2,900 for a LMX of 880kgs. And 90 lots exceeded €2,000, with almost 20 lots exceeding €2,500. The quality on offer was a credit to the farmers presenting them.
