Farming industry “needs a break” regarding green diesel

Enhanced Illness Benefit extended until end September

The Minister for Social Protection, Heather Humphreys, TD, announced on 21 June, 2022 that the Government has approved the extension of the Enhanced Illness Benefit from the end of June until the end of September 2022. Good returns predicted for world dairy market in the near future

It appears that the global dairy market will provide good returns for the foreseeable future due to reduced global milk supply. Weekly throughput for beef continues to fall

Supplies continue to tighten with last week’s (12 June 2022) beef throughput down for the sixth consecutive week when bank holidays are considered.
