Lot 1:

These superb lands are laid out in 2 large divisions. The subject lands are bounded by mature native trees, the lands are free draining, and slightly elevated with no waste whatsoever. The lands are located in an area noted for their productive qualities. Currently in permanent old pasture, the holding benefits from good livestock handling and holding facilities. This land boasts excellent road frontage in a very sought-after location and would also be ideal for the construction of a dwelling house/houses subject to the necessary planning consent by Westmeath County Council.
