Gortatlea Mart achieved outstanding results at their Weanling Bull Show and Sale on Wednesday this week. They featured more than 1000 bulls on the night, and made over 4 euros a kilo.
The Mart comments that, “that the sale was one of the standout sales of the year, and the number of top class stock presented was a testament to the top suckler stock men in the south west that are truly committed to producing the very best of stock and they should take great pride in the top job they are doing!”

Here are some of the excellent sales results:
1 st Prize Bull Limousin 530kg. €1720.
2nd Prize Limousin 410kg. €1520.
Group of 3 or over 2nd prize 4 limousin 450kg. €1380.
