Claas launches new wheel loader for optimal agricultural use

Claas appears to be meeting the growing demand for high-performance machines, by introducing its new Torion model range of compact loaders. With its latest offering, the new Torion series covers three different category sizes with a wide performance range. All new models are equipped with the proven Claas power system drive, which combines reliability and efficiency. It boasts a generously dimensioned cab with optimal all-round visibility and user-friendly features.

The hydraulic system delivers 61L/min at 230 bar and enables an articulated tipping load of 3,000kg. Lifting height to the bucket pivot point is 3.18m, which allows bucket loads to be dumped over heights of up to 2.82m, while maximum reach is 1.46m. In addition to the latest offering, the company has also updated the larger Torion 535 and 639 models.

Improvements include a more powerful 75hp Yanmar engine and they are also available with the option of high-lift arms, giving a maximum lift height of 3.54m. With these models, Claas offers an agile all-round machine built specifically with livestock holdings and special crops in mind. The engines of these three smaller Torions meet the Stage V emissions standard using a diesel particulate filter (DPF) and a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) without selective catalytic reduction (SCR).

All the new models can be purchased via the Claas dealer network, including the company service guarantee for delivery of spare parts within 24 hours.
