Fendt’s four model Rotana variable chamber round baler range will include a new netting system and improved guarding for the 2022 season. The range spans 160V, 160V Xtra, 180V and 180V Xtra. New technology will convert dairy sludge into farm fertiliser

The Munster Technological University (MTU) has initiated a circular economy project that hopes to advance technology which would create zero waste from the dairy processing sector. Aphid monitoring project seeks the help of growers

Upsurge in cattle numbers processed at Irish factories

Irish food board, Bord Bia has projected a sharp upsurge of 70 000 in the number of cattle processed in Irish factories. This comes after a steep drop in the head of cattle recorded last year.
