IFA Sheep committee chairman Kevin Comiskey said we are approaching the end of hogget supplies. Spring lamb numbers are increasing, but still remain below last year’s levels. Huge amount of food lost annually during farming and fishing production

A study commissioned by the Environmental Protection Agency has found that a staggering amount of food is lost every year through consumers, processors and food businesses.
