Waterford Harvest Festival is back for its 13th year as one of Ireland’s leading food festivals. Mark your calendar for a foodie weekend on Friday, 9 September to Sunday, 11 September, 2022. The locations will be Roberts Square, Broad Street, Michael Street, Patrick’s Street, Arundel Square.
The event will showcase Waterford’s rich food heritage and celebrating its diverse restaurants, eateries and producers. The best of Waterford’s food and drink will be centre stage. The weekend-long celebration will see the city come to life with markets, special dining events, panel discussions and plenty more.

In line with the festival ethos, traders will offer only high-quality, local, Irish, unique producers to offer a balance of variety, fresh offerings and familiarity. The organisers pick traders based on their individuality, physical presentation, high quality and environmentally friendly/fairtrade policies – all while bearing in mind the overall mix of product offerings at the festival.
Selection for trading at Harvest 2022 will be based on:
