London Art Week (LAW) aims to work at the highest level of the international art world and offers the finest works of art for sale – all backed by academic excellence and world-class research.
Running from Sunday, 3 to Friday, 8 July, 2022, the flagship summer event showcases some of the best paintings, drawings, sculptures and objects available on the market, dating from Antiquity to the 20th Century.
The week is augmented by LAW’s acclaimed Winter Symposium and a series of Art History in Focus talks and events in the Spring and Autumn.
The majority of participants will yet again be based in Mayfair and St James’s, but will also include pre-contemporary galleries in other areas of London and it is hoped that some of the regular international dealers will be able to return to London this year to host exhibitions.
London Art Week’s summer dates hope to accommodate changes in the busy art fair calendar and to allow international collectors and curators to be able to enjoy
all that London galleries and auction houses have to offer in July.
