The Irish Texel Sheep Society, in collaboration with The North East Irish Texel Club, has the pleasure of announcing its 2nd Premier Show & Sale scheduled to take place on Friday, 8th September, at Carnaross Mart, Co Meath, A82 AP90.

Starting from 5 pm, attendees will be able to partake in a viewing, allowing them a closer look at the sheep on offer. Following this, a grand show is set to begin at 6 pm, showcasing the impeccable quality and breeding standards that the Society and Club uphold.
For those looking to expand their flock or get a start in the industry, the sale will commence at 7 pm in Ring 2. A total of 81 males are set to be available for purchase, alongside 12 females. Notably, the majority of the rams presented at the event are SIS Eligible, which will undoubtedly attract considerable interest.
In a bid to cater to a wider audience and adapt to the evolving digital age, the event will facilitate online bidding through LSL Auctions. This move ensures that even those who cannot attend in person will not miss out on the opportunity to secure some of the finest specimens on offer.
