There will be NO sale today, Wednesday the 7th. They’ve decided to shift the regular sales meeting to Friday evening, accommodating the longer, warmer summer days ahead.

Friday’s Detailed Sales Schedule at Cootehill Mart
For the summer, the sales are segregated into two distinct rings. Here’s the rundown:
Ring 2
5:30pm sharp: The sales begin with Cull Cows, a vibrant market segment that garners significant interest from a variety of buyers. Please be prepared to start promptly at this time.
Subsequently, Cootehill Mart move onto the Heifers, an indispensable asset to any farmstead. They will follow the sale of cull cows, ensuring a seamless transition between the categories.
Lastly, in Ring 2, we turn our attention to Bullocks. Their sale will follow the heifers, wrapping up our Ring 2 auction on a high note.
Ring 1
7pm sharp: The Ring 1 sale will kickstart with the sale of Suck Calves, an eagerly anticipated segment of the evening.
Following the calves, we present the Runners, a lively and energetic lot that certainly keeps the bidding vibrant.
Additionally, they continue their Ring 1 sales on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm sharp with a special focus on Sheep Sale. This event has been curated keeping in mind the diverse range of buyers interested in this specific livestock category.
