Saturday, 24th June

Persisting rainfall making its way northeast over Northern Ireland and Scotland, accompanied by potential thunderstorms. Meanwhile, England and Wales are forecasted to have clear skies with some haze. It’s going to be quite hot, with a muggy feeling intensifying particularly in the southeast region.

Saturday Night

In the northern and western regions, any rainfall should subside, although there’s a chance of another wave of potential thunderstorms in the far northwest later on, with strong winds picking up. Clear skies and dry conditions are expected elsewhere. The night promises to be relatively warm.

Sunday, 25th June

Sunday continues the heatwave in the southeast. However, western regions may see heavy, possibly thundery rain which will gradually move eastwards, ushering in cooler temperatures by evening.

Outlook for Monday, 26th June to Wednesday, 28th June

The early part of next week sees a shift to cooler, more comfortable conditions. Patches of sunshine are expected, although intermittent showers are also forecasted, and temperature readings will lean more towards the seasonal average.
