The sale will be conducted both in-person at the Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore, Co. Offaly and online via www.lslauctions.com. Lot 2 comprises around 123 acres of prime land accompanied by an extensive farmyard, currently used for a beef and sheep enterprise, but easily convertible to a dairy farm. It also benefits from an electricity connection and water supply via a private well located on the lands.
