The Carrigallen Mart is all set to host a spectacular livestock event on Saturday, 15th April, featuring an array of calves, runners, bulls, and heifers. With over 600 animals on display and for sale, the bustling marketplace will be a hub of activity for livestock enthusiasts and buyers alike. The event is divided into three sessions, with the first starting at 10am in Ring 2, followed by the second at 11am in Ring 1, and the final session commencing at 1pm.

Kicking off the day at 10am in Ring 2, 320 calves and runners will be presented for auction. As the youngest members of the bovine family, these lively and energetic creatures are sure to attract a crowd. With a mix of breeds and ages, there will be plenty of variety for buyers to choose from.
Following the calf and runner auction, 140 bulls will take center stage in Ring 1 at 11am. These magnificent animals are known for their strength, power, and impressive genetics, which make them highly sought after by farmers and breeders. Among the bulls up for sale, the offspring of the famous bull, JOSKINS, will undoubtedly be a highlight.
The final session of the day, starting at 1pm, will showcase 190 heifers, including a special 10-month-old show class heifer from Lot 78. She is the sister of a heifer sold last year at Carrigallen Mart, as seen in the last picture. The heifers’ presentation will offer a diverse range of breeds, ages, and qualities, catering to the different preferences and requirements of potential buyers.
Online bidding for all the livestock featured in this event will be facilitated through the LSL Auctions App. Our digital platform will enable buyers who cannot attend the event in person to participate in the auction from the comfort of their homes.
