On Saturday 18th March 2023, Draperstown Mart will be hosting a livestock sale for local farmers. The sale will include 12 heifers and bulls, weighing between 420 and 450kgs, from a local farmer. Additionally, there will be 5 springing heifers, consisting of 4 Belgian Blue (BB) and 1 Hereford (HER), all due on the 11th of April. All of the heifers have been artificially inseminated (AI) to a famous easy calving Limousin bull named EBY.

Health Information of the Livestock
All of the livestock that will be sold at the upcoming sale have been tested and vaccinated for IBR, Lepto and Rotavec Corona. They are all in good health and have been well taken care of. They have been fed with pre-calving minerals, straw, and silage to ensure that they are in optimal health condition before being sold.
