Charleville Agricultural Show is thought by many to be one of the best two-day agricultural shows in Ireland. With numerous interesting events to be enjoyed, it always makes a popular weekend outing.
The family day out includes the judging of cattle, horses, sheep, plus horticulture, cookery and numerous children’s competitions.
This year’s 2023 event will take place on 24th and 25th June. Subject to planning permission.
Charleville Show was founded in 1979, with the driving force behind the venture being the late Canon Donal O’Driscoll. Its ongoing success can be contributed to the fact that all the members give their time and efforts on a voluntary basis. As such, it is a labour of love for everybody involved.
