The 2023 Positive Farmers Conference hopes to offer “a truly motivational start to the farming year in a positive environment with like-minded people”. The gathering also aims to address current challenges facing farmers.
It will be hosted at The Radisson Blue Hotel, Little island, Cork, from Wednesday, 11th January from 10:00 to Thursday, 12th January 2023, at 17:00.
The organisers are setting up a programme that will present evidence-based research and new advancements in the dairy industry. With the hallmarks of the conference always being to help dairy farmers make good decisions in a changing environment.
As such, there will be a dynamic group of international and local speakers who will share new science, amidst lively debate and question time across the sessions.
Topics are expected to be of value in the year ahead, and there will much discussion and great networking opportunities.
As implied in the conference title, the general thrust of the event will be to kickstart the year in a positive environment, while reconnect with friends and colleagues, and making new connections with potential mentors and partners.
Delegates will be welcomed from all over the world, including Ireland, the UK, US, New Zealand, and Europe.
