The day has come for the Salers Cattle NI Club Show & Sale at Dungannon Farmers’ Mart.
Look out for livestock such as 16 months old Silverwood Same, who was sired by renowned show calf producer Fronfedw Arawn from dam Silverwood Nancy by Ardmore Gargoyle. Same has power in abundance, he shows great muscle definition but keeps the length with his Ardmore Gargoyle breeding coming through, a bull to put shape on plain cows. High health herd, BVD vaccinated monitored free, Johnes Risk level 1 and he is also blood tested negative for IBR and Lepto.
Drumraymond Blondes are also offering some heifers for sale due to semi-retirement. Two Heifers are free of the calf. One heifer, Susie, born in April 1921 is sired by Glenvale Ollie and out of homebred cow Drumraymond Grace. Grace is the Dam to the 2017 Carlise Supreme Champion “Mr Mole”.
The Show starts at 10am today, Friday, 21 October, 2022, and the Sale follows on from 12:00 midday.
