Sustainable Food Systems Ireland (SFSI) provides technical assistance in all aspects of agri-food development and regulation, and their next auditing skills training course for local inspectors will be from 17 to 21 October, and from 7 to 11 November, 2022, in Dublin. There may be an additional date for this training, titled Local Inspections Training – Auditing Skills, in December this year.
The aim of the course is to help attendees gain a greater insight into the role of competent authorities with responsibility for conducting food safety auditing of food business operators (FBOs).

Preparation of report
Reporting back to Food Business Operator and follow- up actions that can be taken as a result of a non- compliance.
