The North Sligo Agricultural Show will host its 74th event this year at the Grange, County Sligo. The annual happening will be held on Saturday, 30 July, 2022. Each year the Committee tries to cater for their extensive groups and spectators and exhibitors by putting together the best displays possible.
For the morning of The North Sligo Agricultural Show 2022 a programme comprising of cattle, sheep, horses, ponies, poultry, and home industry exhibits and judging has been organised.
The afternoon programme is oriented around fun and entertainment for the whole family. This will include a dog show, a bonny baby feature, face painting, and speed shearing, with lots more to see and do in their show field.
The committee has invited local musicians and dancers, and at 3pm Paul Kelly and his band will take to the stage, followed by the crowning of a Show Queen. “Monster” raffle winners will also be drawn, followed by entertainment in a bar marquee.
The show will also host The Swaledale Sheep Breeders Association Sub-A District South of Ireland 2022 Championship. All entries must be taken in advance via the Swaledale Seceratary.
Entertainment will cater for all ages.
