Competitive bidding puts an upwards pressure on land prices  
A Sherry FitzGerald land market report indicates that 2021 saw the strongest rate of growth since the property company initiated these reports in 2013. The price of beef has strengthened this week as there appears to be a stronger demand for Irish beef. This indicates an increase in market demand.
