Ireland Weather Forecast: Thursday 6th May

Thursday will be cool with plenty of sunshine. Scattered showers of rain or hail in the north and north west will extend southwards through the morning and early afternoon and some will be heavy. There will be plenty of dry weather and some with some southern and southwestern parts staying dry throughout. Highest temperatures of 8 to 12C, in mostly moderate northerly winds. 

Thursday evening will be mainly dry and clear with the risk of isolated showers on northern coasts. It will be another cold night with frost developing. Lowest temperatures of -3 to 2C in light variable breezes with mist patches.
