Ireland Weather Forecast: Tuesday 6 April

Tuesday will be a cold day with sunny spells and scattered wintery showers. Rain will be mainly in the west and north in the morning but confined later to Ulster and eastern coastal areas. Highest temperatures of 4 to 7C with an added wind chill due to fresh northerly winds.

In the evening there will be outbreaks of rain, possibly turning wintery across the north of Ulster. It will be driest but coldest in Munster. Lowest temperatures of -3 to 1C with frost and light to moderate northwest winds.
