Ireland Weather Forecast: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

There will be a mix of sunny spells and heavy blustery showers, with the risk of hail and thunder today (Friday). It will be cool, with highs of only 7 or 8C, in moderate, southwesterly winds.

This evening (Friday) will be cold with lows of 1 to 2C and patchy frost. 

On Saturday it will be cool and blustery with scattered heavy showers and hail. Some of the showers will turn wintery over high ground. Highs of only 5 to 7C and feeling colder in a brisk northwesterly breeze. Cold again on Saturday night with lows of 1 to 3C.

It will be a milder day on Sunday with rain extending from the west to all areas. Highs of 8 to 11C in a moderate westerly breeze.
