Ireland Weather Forecast: Friday 5 March

Friday will be dry for most of the day with a mix of cloud and sunny spells, the best of the weather will be in the eastern half of the country. Some rain will affect the Munster and Connacht coasts. Highest temperatures of 5 to 9C. Light to moderate, with southeasterly winds.

In the evening the rain and drizzle will move into Connacht and Munster, but dry elsewhere with some clear spells. Lowest temperatures ranging from 0C in the north and east, with some frost developing, to 6C in the southwest with moderate to fresh southeasterly winds.
