Kerry Group yesterday, 15 March 2022, confirmed a milk price of 43c/L (inclusive of VAT) at 3.3% protein and 3.6% butterfat, making this an increase on its February milk price. The price paid for January supplies was 41c/L (inclusive of VAT) for milk with constituents of 3.3% protein and 3.6% butterfat. Call for outdated TAMS costing revision
Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association (ICMSA) farm and rural affairs chair, Denis Drennan, has requested that revised Targeted Agriculture Modernisation Scheme (TAMS) costings be introduced immediately. The Women in Agriculture Stakeholders Group (WASG) is calling on Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue, to review the set age limit for female farmers.
