It will generally be a dry day with long sunny spells. In the western counties there will be more cloud with passing showers. Highs of 10 or 11C, with a moderate southerly breeze. A band of rain and drizzle will approach from the Atlantic in the evening bringing small amounts of rain across the western half of the country. Elsewhere, it will be largely dry with clear spells and lows of 1 to 4C with fog patches developing in the southeast in light winds.
