O’Neill Flanagan is bringing a 32 acre small holding with a un-modernised house in Co. Wicklow to auction.
The unoccupied stone house with corrugated iron roof, laid out over three rooms has a number of traditional features and includes a bifold door at the entrance.
There is potential for a small holding and a number of uses. The house could be developed further, subject to planning permission, say the agents.
Located in a scenic area in Ballycarrigeen, Rathdrum, the lot includes a hay shed and is accessed from the road by a laneway.
The agents state the land is in grass with natural boundaries of mature trees in ten divisions of land however, it is of marginal quality in need of reclamation.
New owners will be required to register a new right of way to the property.
The public auction will be held at the Glenmalure Lodge and online with LSL Auctions on Thursday 8 July at 2:30pm.
Auctions will be conducted in line with Covid 19 regulations. All bidders must register with O’Neill Flanagan on or before 6 July with a deposit of €5,000.
