The auction by James L. Murtagh will take place in the Greville Arms Hotel, Mullingar, on Wednesday 7 July 2021, at 4pm and online with LSL Auctions.
The property and lands are in Carn, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath.
Lot 1, is a unique country residence on around 0.642 acres. Agents describe the property as “a traditional farmhouse full of character and charm.”
