Attendance in person or online bidders must be registered in advance before 5pm on Friday 25 June. A deposit of €30,000 is required in order to bid and payable in advance. The successful bidder’s deposit becomes non-refundable once the property is sold and a deposit 0f 10 per cent of the purchase price is payable on signing the contract.
