This afternoon, Raymond Potterton held the auction of a property located in Carstown, Termonfeckin, Co. Louth which was arranged in 3 Lots being Lot 1 c. 79 Acres, Lot 2 c. 61 Acres, and Lot 3, contemplated the entire property of c. 140 Acres (56.7 Hectares).
The auction started around 3.30pm and there were many bids among them. The winning bid of €1,775,000.00 was offered online through LSL Auctions.
An excellent result that made all the professionals involved very proud and also the seller of the property.
