In the south and southeast of Ireland fog and low cloud will persist through much of the day with a few brighter spells developing elsewhere. Remaining mostly dry with a few patches of drizzle possible near Atlantic coasts. Highest temperatures of 6 to 10C in mainly light southerly or variable breezes. By the evening, fog will become widespread, and dense in places, Lowest temperatures ranging from -1 to +4C.
