Three separate lots of pasture in Edmondstown, Co Westmeath, will be auctioned by James L Murtagh, live on Friday 25 June.
The pasture lands are just off the N52 and can be identified by the selling agent James L Murtagh sales boards.
The first lot of 20 acres is a regular shape of permanent pasture with good road frontage. In addition, the lot benefits from a cattle holding yard and handling facilities.
There are 19 acres of permanent pasture in the second lot which can be accessed via a Right of Way and is fenced.
A total of 39 well fenced acres in permanent pasture that benefit from mains water make up the third lot for sale. The lands include access via a Right of Way.
The auction will be held on Friday 25 June at 5pm and you must register your attendance in advance for the upcoming auction at LSL online.
