Overnight fog and frost will clear early on Wednesday morning will it becoming almost fully dry for St. Patrick’s Day. The mildest and brightest conditions will be across the southern half of Ireland.
Whilst bright spells of sunshine will occur early on, low cloud will gradually begin to sink down from the north with patchy drizzle affecting northern coasts later. Another relatively mild day with temperatures ranging from 10 to 16C, with light variable winds.
In the evening, cloud will spread southwards over the country with a few patches of drizzle possible. Minimum temperatures of 5 to 8C in light north westerly breezes. Some mist and fog patches likely.
