Tuesday looks set to be a wet and very windy day with further heavy rain showers pushing northwards over the country accompanied by strong to gale force southerly winds. There will be a risk of localised flooding. Despite the weather conditions the temperature will be relatively mild with temperatures of 11 to 14C. Rain will continue into the evening, especially across east and south with some drier periods in the west and north. It will stay windy and mild with lows of 7 to 10C.
